FL872 Low Cost Video Filter

The FL872 low Cost Antialiasing video filter is intended for use with the Y or RGB channels of a video D to A converter card where deviation from full broadcast specification is acceptable. This antialiasing video filter provides a level of amplitude and group delay correction over the video bandwidth, and attenuations in line with those recommended in CCIR Rec 601, giving performance particularly suited to monitor quality outputs.

The acceptable reduction in specification allows a very small, low cost video filter to be offered. The antialiasing video  filter may also be used for the non-oversampled RGB outputs generally available from most encoder chips.
